These Terms govern your use of GotPaid ("the App"), operated by Zonko Labs Private Limited.

1. Acceptance

By installing and using GotPaid, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App.

2. Service Description

GotPaid monitors UPI payment notifications on your Android device and announces incoming payments via text-to-speech. The App supports 30+ UPI apps and 8 Indian languages.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using GotPaid, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account & Device Linking

GotPaid uses phone number-based authentication. One phone number may be linked to one device at a time. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and session.

5. Permissions

GotPaid requires notification listener access, battery optimization exemption, and notification posting permission. These are used solely for payment detection and alerting functionality.

6. Accuracy

GotPaid processes notification content as-is from UPI apps. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy in amount extraction or sender identification. Always verify transactions in your banking app.

7. Limitation of Liability

GotPaid is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Zonko Labs shall not be liable for any missed, incorrect, or delayed payment alerts.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time. You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
