Zonko Labs Private Limited ("we", "us", "our") operates GotPaid ("the App"). This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

GotPaid accesses UPI payment notifications on your device to provide voice alerts. We collect:

Phone number: Used to link your device and sync transaction history
Device identifier: Android device ID for device binding
Payment notification data: App name, amount, sender name, and timestamp from UPI payment notifications only

We do not collect or store notifications from non-UPI apps. Only notifications from supported UPI/payment apps are processed.

2. How We Use Your Information

To announce incoming UPI payments via text-to-speech
To display payment history in the app
To sync transaction data to your cloud account

3. Data Storage

Payment data is stored locally on your device and synced to our secure cloud infrastructure (Convex). Data is associated with your phone number and device.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties. Data is only accessible to you through your authenticated session.

5. Notification Access

GotPaid requires notification listener access to read UPI payment notifications. This permission is used solely to detect payment events and announce them. We do not read or store notifications from non-payment apps.

6. Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at support@zonko.ai or through the account deletion page.
